DR JOHN WESTWOOD

Dr John Westwood is a Director of Almeida Capital. He has over 20 years experience in private equity and financial services consulting and has been with the firm since it was founded in 2000. John has consulted at board level to numerous leading asset management firms, banks and financial institutions throughout the world.

John has an extensive network of relationships in the Middle East where he regularly advises and works with a range of government ministries, family offices and investment institutions. John lectures at Manchester Business School and at other academic and training institutions around the world where he specialises in strategy and operations in financial services.

John has a PhD from Manchester University and a BA (Hons) from Oxford University.
